Orel police arrested a young man, a resident of Orel, who at the age of 27 already has a criminal record. The arrest operation was carried out in a summer cottage in the Zavodskoy district of Orel. The guy turned out to have illegal substances, as the examination later showed, synthetic drugs.
The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that at the time of the arrest, the citizen of Orel tried to eat two packs of polymers from his pocket. But the security forces stopped him. The sachets contained 1.26 grams of medication.
The young man insists that he bought the doses in hiding places for himself. He is now accused in a criminal case initiated under part 2 of article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The question of his detention is being decided.
