HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met today with HE Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres, on the occasion of the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, which will be held tomorrow in Doha. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the United Nations and ways to support and develop them, in addition to developments in the occupied Palestinian territories, Libya and Afghanistan, the latest developments in the Iranian nuclear file talks, and a number of issues of common interest. During the meeting, the Secretary-General of the United Nations thanked the State of Qatar for making the necessary arrangements to host the United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries.
