Earlier it became known that the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, appreciated the publications that the German company Rheinmetall was negotiating the construction of a plant in Ukraine. It would be able to produce up to 400 modern tanks per year.
