During the day, 9 Kursk residents were injured on slippery sidewalks

In the Kursk region over the past day there were three accidents, three fires and 9 falls of pedestrians due to icing.

The report was published in the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Rescuers said 9 people were injured on the icy roads and turned to medics for help.

The victims did not require hospitalization. The management warned residents of Kursk that during freezing conditions, maximum caution should be exercised when traveling on the street.
