Narian-Mar authorities explained the installation of non-fixed facilities

Since January 1, 2023, the new rules for the improvement of Narian-Mar are in effect. This is a wide range of responsibilities for management companies, utilities, citizens, building and land owners.

City control reminds that the placement of unstable objects on the territory of the city is possible only in the places provided in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Non-stationary objects include:

– non-fixed installations, non-fixed shops, roadside service installations, attractions, trampolines and other additional equipment intended to provide services to the population and to organize collective catering outside buildings and structures;

– arrest sheds and pavilions, floor toilet cabins, box garages, other objects that are not capital construction objects.

The requirement stems from Article 17 “General Requirements for Non-Fixed Objects”, according to the official website of the authorities of the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
