Residents of Smolensk will be able to buy train tickets for their children at half price

From June 1 to August 31, there will be a 50% discount on tickets for children aged 10 to 17. This was reported by the Russian Railways press service.

Smolyane can already issue tickets for the summer. However, we note that the age of the child is determined on the day of the start of the trip.

The discount applies to journeys in second-class and common carriages of express and passenger trains, in double-decker compartment cars, as well as in some “Lastochkas”.
