A man died in a burning car in Karelia

On Friday evening, March 3, in the urban-type settlement of Nadvoitsy on Mira Street, a domestic car VAZ 21150 caught fire. At 7:55 p.m., four people from the fire and rescue division of the Segezhsky district went to extinguish the ‘fire. . Employees of the Karelia Ministry of Emergency Situations said that at 8:06 p.m. they managed to eliminate the fire. Video of the scene has been published eyewitnesses of the group “accident in Petrozavodsk and Karelia”.

During the fire, a tragedy occurred – a man born in 1978, who was the driver of the car, died. According to the Karelia Investigative Committee, a criminal case has been opened for negligent death. Investigators quickly drove to Mira Street, where they examined the burnt-out transport. Now that the circumstances of the incident are established, reviews have been appointed.
