If the problem cannot be resolved peacefully, Chaplin advises contacting Rosreestr or the municipal land control authority to establish the boundaries of his site. News.Ru .After the review, authorized experts can order “neighbor invaders” to eliminate violations within six months and draw up a protocol on an administrative violation. The amount of the fine is about 1.5% of the cadastral value of the occupied site, but not less than 5,000 rubles.
