About 4,500 video cameras are expected to be installed in Lipetsk this year

In 2023, it is planned to install about 4,500 video cameras in Lipetsk microdistricts. 1300 connected in March.

This allows you to monitor security and log illegal actions. The traffic inspectorate monitors compliance with traffic rules, and the police reveal violations of the law during prosecutions. The cameras help to find lost children and teenagers, the elderly.

In addition, with the help of the platform, authorities control processes in the areas of health, construction, roads and household waste management. And management companies monitor the cleanliness of streets and courtyards, cleaning and snow removal.

The video of parks, construction sites, places of massive stay of people, government agencies, highways go to the regional video analysis platform.

Last year, the number of cameras in Lipetsk increased to 5,600.
