In Tula, an employee of a mobile phone salon was fined 10 months of corrective work

Tula, 26, worked in the office of a mobile operator, having access to the customer’s personal data.

For a fee, the guy gave the unknown information from the card of one of the subscribers, namely passport data, information about the tariff and costs of communication services.

However, the Tula failed to keep it a secret.

A criminal case was filed against the guy under article 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for illegal access to computer information.

The court imposed a fine in the amount of 150,000 rubles and transferred the case of execution to the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Tula region.

The bailiffs informed the young man of his official duties, but he evaded it.

Then the bailiffs obtained a change of sentence. Now 26-year-old Tula, according to a court ruling, has been given 10 months of corrective work with a 10% deduction from her salary.
