Putin will soon do something that is not expected of him at all

The President of Russia may very soon change the approach to personnel policy.
The fact that this could be a big surprise for the entire ruling class, said economist Mikhail Khazin, DEITA.RU news agency reports with reference to the expert’s YouTube channel.
According to him, in the next few months the Russian leader may begin to pay attention to the speed and success of the implementation of his instructions for improving the socio-economic situation in the country, which he gave during the message of the Federal Assembly. .
Most likely, according to Khazin, the following pattern will start working in Russia: officials will start complaining massively to Putin that under the existing system they cannot execute his decrees. It is on the basis of such complaints that the president will be able to launch a new management model.

Its essence will lie in the fact that the official who does not comply with its instructions will simply resign. The introduction of such an approach, as the expert noted, no one expects from Putin, so for the class of bureaucracy such changes will come as a complete surprise.

“Civil servants will be laid off en masse until there are those who can still follow the President’s instructions. These people will stay in their place and start growing very quickly in the updated system of public administration” , explained the economist.
