Russia to simplify visa regime with six countries

Russia is preparing visa facilitation agreements with six countries. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. “In addition to India, the drafting of intergovernmental agreements involving visa facilitation on a reciprocal basis is underway with Angola, Vietnam, Indonesia, Syria and the Philippines,” the secretary said. State and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Ivanov at TASS. According to him, an intergovernmental agreement on “visa-free travel” is also in preparation with 11 countries (Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahamas, Barbados, Haiti, Zambia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago).
