Andrey Vorobyov met with residents, discussed landscaping work and answered questions from citizens.

“Modern landscaping is not just aesthetic. Points of attraction for people, the opportunity to play sports, spend time with family – all this is very important and affects comfort in the Moscow region. Our task is to make visible the changes in our cities from year to year,” the governor said.

Recall that last year a large-scale project for the improvement of urban space was launched in Fryazino. The forest park is being updated, the beach near Lake Bolshoye has been put in order.

“In Fryazino, last year we improved the Bolshoye Lake recreation area. Residents also asked to pay attention to the central part of the city so that it becomes more comfortable and greener. Komsomolskaya Street, Dudkina, the square in front of the city recreation center – work in the center will continue,” added Andrey Vorobyov.

The city received new tiles, stairs and ramps for people with reduced mobility, street lighting and CCTV cameras. Now residents can relax on the new benches, enjoy the fresh flowers, lawn and trees.

“The improvement of the Fryazinsky Forest Park, which we started last year, is a historic project for the district. All work should be completed in the fall. The forest is one of the locals’ favorite places. I hope that after the improvement, many people will walk around here,” the governor summed up.
