On the eve of the regional stage of the Professional Skills Championship “Professionals” in the Smolensk region, a meeting of the organizing committee took place, where key documents were reviewed and approved in preparation for the event, in namely: the program of preparation, composition and conduct.
Remember that the “Professionals” Professional Skills Championship aims to create a motivation system that helps to increase the importance of active professions and the professional development of young people. Since 2015, the Smolensk region, on behalf of Governor Alexei Ostrovsky, has been participating in the young professional championship system. During this period, 7 regional events have already taken place on the territory of the region.
In 2023, the championship will take place in 4 stages:
– Stage 1 – internal selection. It is carried out on the basis of general education and vocational education bodies to determine the participants;
– Stage 2 – regional stage. It takes place all over Russia and involves competitions in the skills demanded in a particular region. In the Smolensk region, this stage will take place from April 17 to 21.
– Stage 3 – competitions between the winners of the regional stages. They are held for the right to participate in the championship finals and also include final competitions in skills that were not included in the finals. The stage will take place in June-July 2023.
– Stage 4 – the championship final. It is held based on the results of the previous stages, includes the final of the professional skills championship “Professionals” and the final of the high-tech championship.
The final of the High-Tech Championship will take place from September 10 to 15 in Veliky Novgorod. The final of the professional skills championship “Professionals” will be held from November 26 to 30 in St. Petersburg.
