Yaroslavl football club will not be able to play the match at the “Shinnik” stadium. This was reported by the club’s management. The reason for this is the non-compliance of the football field with the standards of a safe sports field.

“Shinnik Football Club” informs that on March 7, 2023, the FNL commission for the evaluation of the quality of the football fields for the holding of the matches of the Football Championship, on the basis of an act of instrumental evaluation of the football field , temporarily suspended the holding of competitive matches at the Shinnik Stadium due to the incompatibility of the football pitches with the criterion of the “grass” standard of the RFU” – according to the club’s official statement.

At the moment, the club is sending letters to rent a reserve pitch from one of the “neighbors”. On March 12, “Shinnik” is expected to meet “Yenisei”
