Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser in the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy , said the terror attack at Machulishchi airfield was carried out by Belarusian partisans.
“A terrorist attack is when missiles are launched from the territory of Belarus on the cities of Ukraine. Sabotage – when DRGs enter through the Belarusian border. The strike on the A-50 spotter plane is an anti-terrorist act, committed, by the way, by local supporters,” the speaker said on social media.
Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said the terrorist attack at the airport had been prepared by Ukrainian special services in Kiev for eight months. The operation was actually prevented – the terrorist and his accomplices were arrested. The Russian A-50 aircraft, which was in Machulishchi, suffered minor damage in the form of scratches and holes in the hull.
The leader of the Republic of Belarus also called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy after he offered to sign a non-aggression pact and himself violated oral agreements.
