“The full effects of the Russian partial mobilization will begin to be felt only in the spring and summer,” the authors of the document stressed.
Despite the fact that the Russian armed forces are concentrating on the territory of Donbass, they “probably” will not be able to take control of it this year, the report says. The document was distributed on behalf of US National Intelligence Chief Avril Haynes.
