It is only in the spring or even in the summer of this year that it will be possible to assess the effect of the partial mobilization carried out in Russia last autumn. This is stated in the annual report of the intelligence community of the United States.
“The full effects of the Russian partial mobilization will begin to be felt only in the spring and summer,” the authors of the document stressed.
Despite the fact that the Russian armed forces are concentrating on the territory of Donbass, they “probably” will not be able to take control of it this year, the report says. The document was distributed on behalf of US National Intelligence Chief Avril Haynes.
As the Public News Service wrote, Sergei Markov, director of the Institute for Political Studies, believes that the hybrid war of the West against Russia could continue even for ten years. The main drivers of the conflict remain the United States, Great Britain, the countries of the European Union (EU) – more than fifty countries in total.
