Recall that the boy was shot and wounded during the attack by the saboteurs on March 2, but, despite this, he ensured the safety of the little girls. The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, spoke about it on his Telegram channel.
The departmental award to the young hero was presented by the hero of Russia, the head of the department of educational works of the RF IC, Major General of Justice Sergey Petrov. The award was given directly in the hospital ward, where Fedor is recovering from the operation.
