The couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have invested in a real villa in Los Angeles in the USA, the price is 64 million dollars or about 9.1 billion Icelandic ISK.
The couple struggled to decide where their ideal home should be. In February, they were in the process of buying property at a similar price in Pacific Palisades, Calif., but decided to call it quits. Less than a week later, the property they purchased is on the market, and the seller is Gregory Milken, one of the wealthiest men in town, and his wife. They and their five children have lived in the house since 2009, after buying the house for $14.5 million.
The property is 1200 square meters with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. It also has a guest house of about 300 square meters with two bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Two studies, a cinema room, a games room that opens onto the backyard, a gym, a kitchen and a family room are among the things found in the property. There is a swimming pool, spa and barbecue on site.
The couple have been looking for a home since the summer of 2021. Jennifer has since sold her former home in Bel-Air, which went on sale in February for $42.5 million. At least it’s clear that Jenny doesn’t live on the block anymore.
