The board of directors of Synergy Grid & Development Philippines (SGP), the largest shareholder of NGCP (National Power Transmission Company of the Philippines), has decided to pay 0.1737 pesos per share for the first quarter (January to March) of this year, totaling 914.68 million pesos. Approved a dividend of 10,000 pesos. Payment will be made on April 13, based on the shareholder register as of March 23. NGCP is proceeding with a project to connect the power grids of the Visayas and Mindanao regions (project cost 52 billion pesos), and once completed, the power grid of the entire Philippines will be connected.
