Russian rapper Ptakha (David Nureyev) got in touch after reports that he came under fire in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Information about the incident appeared on the night of Thursday, May 9. It turned out that there was no shooting at all.

A representative of the artist called the incident “a joke that got out of hand”, reports the Telegram channel NEWS.ru. In fact, the video, in which the artist holds a machine gun while the sounds of gunfire are heard off-screen, was recorded at the training ground. Thus, Ptakha decided to “troll the Ukrainian star-soldiers who make a revealing photo / video on the front line”.

The 41-year-old rapper traveled to the territory of the DPR in order to give a concert.
