Neurologist Agarwal Explained Which Greens Will Help ‘Rejuvenate’ 19-Year-Old’s Brain

A group of specialists from the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) studied the effects of various herbs on the human brain. The results of their study have been published on the pages of Neurology.

Study author Pooja Agarwal says spinach was recognized as the most useful green vegetable. According to her, it is able to reduce the number of plaques in the human brain, “rejuvenating” it by around 19 years. It is pointed out that it is the formation of amyloid plaques that is one of the causes of the development of Alzheimer’s disease. Live24 .

Doctors also advise following the Mediterranean diet to promote health. The composition of such a diet includes a large amount of vegetables and fruits, fish, as well as a small amount of wine.
