Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Omsk needs 6 billion rubles for renovation of houses according to court decisions

Omsk

Omsk needs almost 6.1 billion rubles for the renovation of 403 apartment buildings on the basis of court decisions. This was stated by prosecutor Pavel Popov.

“Currently, the administration of the city of Omsk is carrying out legal acts on the obligation to carry out major repairs of 403 apartment buildings at the expense of the budget of the city of Omsk”, reports Gorod55 the words of the prosecutor .

A vicious circle is evident: the capital of the region does not have the necessary funds to carry out all the described works, at the same time it violates the right to housing of the inhabitants of Omsk. But that’s not all. An additional 100 million rubles are needed for the repair of premises from the municipal fund provided to beneficiaries. In addition, 1 billion rubles are needed to solve the problems of the Thermal Company.

The overhaul problem in Omsk is really in the category of sores. Earlier it was reported that house number 16 on Entuziastov Street was at risk of collapse due to huge cracks in the facade. The situation is even worse in the Prospekt Mira hostel, where the back wall has been dismantled and the toilets have been moved to the communal kitchen.
