“network of pro-Russian agents” discovered in the country

Interesting

Moldovan police chief Viorel Cernautanu said law enforcement had uncovered a “pro-Russian spy ring”. They have already managed to declare that the activities of these people are aimed at destabilizing the republic.

This was reported by the publication Spiegel.

As the republic police managed to find out, the network is controlled by the Russian side. He said the band members came from Russia to Moldova “with a very specific purpose”. According to him, they would “weaken the pro-Western local government”. The details were reported by the Gazeta.ru newspaper.

Cernautanu said that immediately after the raids ended on the evening of March 12, law enforcement officers interrogated 25 people, arresting seven.

Earlier it became known that Zelenskyy supported the unrest in Tbilisi and thus showed his interest in escalating in Georgia. This was stated by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
