Military investigators have opened an attempted murder case on the fact of an attempted poisoning of the assistant to the leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, the commander of the Akhmat special forces, General Apta Alaudinov. On this subject reported TASS his lawyer Denis Shapiro.

“As I learned, the military investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 30, page “a”, “b”, “e” part 2. art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Attempt to kill two or more persons, committed within the framework of the official activities of the latter in a generally dangerous manner”)”, noted the lawyer.

According to him, the head of the Russian investigative commission Alexander Bastrykin took this matter under his personal control.

Shapiro explained that the victims in the case of the commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces were Major General Apty Alaudinov and his adjutant, Lieutenant Dzhambulat Mizaev.

The case was opened “against the still unidentified person who committed the attack,” said the lawyer. He also expressed hope that investigators will not only pronounce on the perpetrators, but also the clients of the crime.

On February 13, Kadyrov announced an attempted poisoning of Alaudinov. According to him, on February 8, Commander Akhmat’s adjutant received an envelope containing a letter for the general, which was soaked in a poisonous substance. Alaudinov realized this by the pungent smell, so he and his adjutants washed their hands and nasal cavities in time. They first entered the medical battalion, and then were sent for treatment in Moscow. Where the poisoning attempt took place, Kadyrov did not specify.

March 6 Kommersant writing that the sender of the letter to Alaudinov was an 83-year-old resident of the Rostov region, who wanted to thank the general and other participants in the military operation. At the same time, the publication clarifies that thousands of similar messages arrive in the Donbass every day.

On March 7, Alaudinov announced that he had returned to the area of the military operation in Ukraine. He noted that he cannot yet say that he has fully recovered and that it will take a long time.
