The Kuwaiti Civil Service Bureau revealed the official working hours in government agencies, within the framework of the flexible working system, during the month of Ramadan.
The Bureau provided the opportunity for entities that have working conditions or a special nature of work and wish to change their working hours, contrary to what was stated in the decision, to submit a proposal for dates for approval in the Bureau, while adhering to the number of hours of four and a half hours per day.
Ramadan working hours are as follows: 9:45 am until 2:15 pm 10:15 am until 2:45 pm 10:45 am until 3:15 pm

The sources indicated to the newspaper that this system will eliminate the phenomenon of disguised unemployment and the overcrowding of employees inside offices at the same time, in addition to resolving the parking crisis in some areas, and easing traffic congestion in the streets and roads.
She added that in what can be considered "Initial rehearsal" To test the extent of the success of flexible working hours, the head of the Civil Service Bureau issued a decision specifying 3 different dates for attendance and departure in the state authorities during the month of Ramadan.
And the head of the Bureau, Issam Al-Rubaian, explained that the official flexible working hours, from Sunday to Thursday of each week during the month of Ramadan, will be four and a half hours per day.
And he said: "Each government entity may choose more than one official working time from the aforementioned dates, according to the working conditions and nature, and without prejudice to the workflow in the entity, and that a decision is issued by the competent minister or whoever he authorizes to choose the working hours.".
