The Office of Civil Service and Government Development called on high school certificate holders to register on the Kawader platform for technical and technical training in the Maharah program, to get an opportunity to fill a position in the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation, or the Public Works Authority.
The Bureau announced – through its Twitter account – the launch of the second phase of the Mahara Technical and Technical Training Program, which will start in May in cooperation with the Doha University of Science and Technology.
On January 22, the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau announced the launch of the Maharah project in cooperation with Al Jazeera Media Institute. The project targets job seekers with a secondary school certificate and below who are registered through the Kawader platform, so that they are appointed and enrolled in intensive vocational training designed according to the requirements of filling the targeted jobs in the field. The localization plan runs from 2 to 6 months.
The Maharah program aims to provide job seekers with the necessary skills successfully and efficiently in the labor market, raise the percentage of job localization with qualified national competencies, and activate vocational training based on field experience. The Maharah program will witness the launch of multiple batches within the target areas for localization and replacement, and the first stage includes 3 areas: the technical field, the administrative field, and the media field.
