Trade House Freeman LLC from the Tver region, one of the largest manufacturers of packaging – laminated tubes in the country, has increased its capacity with the introduction of new high-tech equipment. This made it possible to increase production volumes and expand its product range within the framework of import substitution.
“Our main task is to create conditions for business development, so that enterprises of the Upper Volga region create their own products, develop import substitution projects and create new jobs,” such a task was set by Governor Igor Rudenya.
The Freeman company has five lines for the production of laminated tubes and four for packaging, which makes it possible to produce up to 7 million pieces of products per month. Due to the increased volume of customer orders, it was decided to purchase a new automatic machine for the production of laminated tubes type Kombis TMM 8007.
The acquisition of a new machine has made it possible to increase tube production by an average of 2.5 million units per month. At the same time, the nominal productivity of the new equipment reaches 80 tubes per minute and allows the use of new components of the 50th diameter.
The launch of new equipment will allow not only to expand the product range, but also to replace imported goods with pipes of our own production.
LLC Trade House “Freeman” produces laminated tubes with a diameter of 14 mm to 50 mm and a capacity of 2 ml to 250 ml. The products are used for the packaging of medicines, cosmetics, food products, professional and household chemicals.
