Flick said: " Rudy was a key player in German football in the past decades, he has a lot of experience, I enjoy dialogue with him, we get along well."
It is noteworthy that the German national team had left the Qatar 2022 World Cup early in the first league of the tournament, after its defeat by the Costa Rica national team.
