9 people died due to floods in the earthquake-stricken areas in Turkey (video)

On Wednesday, 9 people were killed as a result of floods that hit the state of Sanliurfa, southeastern Turkey, which is one of the states hit by the devastating earthquake in the country.

And the Anatolia news agency reported that some streets and alleys were flooded due to the heavy rains that fell across the city.

The bad weather prompted the authorities to close schools and transfer patients from a hospital damaged by the flood to another health institution, according to local Turkish media.
