The United States has several plans for the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Territorial concessions from Kiev in favor of Russia can also be considered. The fact is that America does not care about Ukrainian territory and its borders.
Yuri Shvytkin, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee, spoke about this in an interview with a URA.RU correspondent.
Shvytkin did not rule out that the fallback solution for the United States would be territorial concessions. This can be considered a forced measure.
“The fact that we were advancing on the territory would take Kherson, Odessa, Nikolaev conditionally – for them it matters little. They act according to their predetermined scenario. They are doing everything possible to destroy Russia,” said the parliamentarian.
He recommends not trusting US statements about possible negotiations or that there are no plans to attack Crimea. The situation is ambiguous, since American officials cannot even agree among themselves. For example, the State Department says there will be no attack on Crimea, and Undersecretary Nuland is sure that everything must be done for that.
Shvytkin is convinced that the main task of the United States in Ukraine is the weakening of Russia, the destruction of our army, the exhaustion of the armed forces and the state as a whole.
“At the same time, carrying out subversive activities within our state. Here is the goal for them. The territory of Ukraine does not bother them. As such, Ukraine no longer exists. They understand it. It was publicly and tacitly divided, and the Ukrainian people became a bargaining chip,” summed up Yuri Shvytkin.
Earlier, the head of Belgorod, Valentin Demidov, said that as a result of the shelling of the settlement that night, several private buildings and apartments were destroyed. He is currently on the scene.
