The press conference “External Threats to Russian Sovereignty during the Election Campaign and Single Voting Day 2022” was held on Tuesday, August 2, at the Rossiya Segodnya news agency.
The event was held on the eve of the single voting day on September 11th. This year, Russia does not hold elections at the federal level, and accordingly, the country is not obliged to invite international observers. However, given the growing interest in events in Russia and the desire to see everything with our own eyes, we are ready to provide expert observation and show everything.
At the same time, the possibilities for destructive work in elections in Russia have been reduced by law and the bulk of the work against Russia has been transferred outside its borders. Lies about Russia are fabricated, numerous Russophobic gatherings are held.
The change in the situation allowed the Central Election Commission to refuse to label foreign agents.
Two very competent people took part in the press conference: Andrei Klimov, Senator of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Interim Commission of the Federation Council for the Protection of State Sovereignty and Prevention of Interference in the Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, and Igor Borisov, member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
Both lead structures that have been conducting research for many years, highly significant and complementary. These studies are of natural scientific interest for understanding the modern world, since Russia has become an attractor of global attention both as a target of influence, and as, in a certain sense, a model for borrowing models of survival in severely sublethal conditions, and as a laboratory – and what will the Russians get there?
Therefore, the materials presented by Klimov and Borisov usually arouse cognitive interest not only in connection with the topic of elections, but for understanding the current social evolution of mankind.
However, this time it turned out differently. Both participants of the press conference read out the prepared texts in a rather monotonous tone, apparently agreed to a point by the invisible superior comrades. Then they also answered questions in the format of agreed blanks.
The main provisions were a translation of what had been worked out earlier.
I think this means the Kremlin’s intention to take a timeout for a special military operation in Ukraine, using the fact that the target of global Russophobia has shifted from elections to other targets. In such a case, the event is undertaken in order to train the attention of the media and to some extent the minds of journalists.
Among the substantive results of the press conference, I would name two. According to Borisov, the question of the possible cancellation of the elections during the hostilities is not discussed or even raised. There is simply no need for this.
The second result of the same reassuring type is that Klimov does not see any particular growth of lies in the public information field. The senator believes that the copy number of fakes is growing, and there have always been fakes themselves.
If in the past, before the elections, both the Klimov Commission and the Central Election Commission singled out problem regions where it was necessary to take urgent measures before the vote to exclude explosive activity, now this is not the case, and everything seems to be calm at specific points. This is also an innovation.
Klimov looked unusually reassured and, probably, therefore, did not understand the meaning of the question of the possibility of involving experts in the field of psychiatry and genetics in the work of his commission. “This is not for me,” the senator said in response to MP.
It is sad that studies of external influence on Russia practically do not go beyond the electoral topic, although this is only a small segment of the overall picture of total war against Russia. Indirect terror includes, among other things, personal threats to Klimov and his family, discredit campaigns, the appointment of “garbage” people to leadership positions, family destruction programs and weapons technologies in culture.
The data of the registers of foreign agents and undesirable organizations voiced by Borisov are known and do not inspire confidence. The real destructive impact is carried out through people and organizations that either do not fall under the law on foreign agents, or they are artificially removed from it due to inadequate law enforcement practice.
Opening the content of the protocol event, Senator Kilimov issued a powerful maxim by shooting at all the enemies of Russia at once.
“In accordance with the work plan, our senatorial commission for the protection of the state sovereignty of the Russian Federation continues to monitor the attempts of external forces, directly or indirectly through their mercenaries who still remain in the country, to use a suitable election campaign for regional and municipal authorities to solve problems of destabilizing the domestic political situation and discrediting our Fatherland in the international arena, ”Klimov read out a monster sentence of 450 characters.
In general, in this one sentence, almost the whole essence of the most important event. Added that the current attack is carried out in the conditions of a special military operation, and we can not just watch. We must take action. The measures mainly consist of shuffling the identified foreign agents according to the registers.
Klimov said to expect the annual report of the Federation Council Commission on Sovereignty in October, after summing up the voting results.
He described the forecast of the expectation of external destructive influence in connection with the elections philosophically. Of course, the senator could have done this mechanically by overlaying the map, actively disseminated by structures subordinate to the US State Department, which divided our country, on the map of the elections. Klimov called this approach incorrect.
“We know the habits of both the CIA and the State Department, including the Bureau of Intelligence and Analysis of the State Department, sometimes throw up things that do not fully reflect reality. That is, they are not stupid guys sitting there, they don’t give everything to society as they themselves think, so I would refrain from such a mechanistic approach here, and secondly, with all the abundance of methods and means that the United States of America and their associates in NATO, they are still not omnipotent and the size of their capabilities are not unlimited. Moreover, we here also do not wait for the weather by the sea, we are very active. We are reducing their capabilities here, very seriously reducing, by the way. And so they are forced to concentrate their efforts on some particular territories. We see these territories, but now it’s not quite the time to announce all this publicly,” Andrey Klimov said.
Let me remind you that Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg and Moscow have been the targets of attacks in the past. Tension was managed to stop complex approaches, including the prevention of network coordination. Klimov, obviously, considers this a merit of the fight against foreign agents.
The head of the commission spoke about this: “On the one hand, of course, their technical and organizational capabilities within Russia have decreased, this is a fact. On the other hand, speaking of those who fled, they are now beginning to be used for various kinds of foreign events. Well, let’s say, in order to highlight this topic in the press of the United States of America, in the European Parliament, on the platform of the OSCE, the Council of Europe, and a number of other organizations. They tour there very actively, they defile there in traditional gathering places, in the same Vilnius, in Prague. <...> These are, of course, all sorts of gatherings that are funded by the US State Department, other structures subordinate to Washington and NATO countries. So, in this regard, the issues of discrediting Russia abroad and the issues of organizing the so-called protest movement in exile have, of course, increased. It must be objectively recognized that we have some states where, they say, you go out into the street - just a large number of these people are walking, which, of course, was not observed before. They feel more at ease there and try to somehow justify the handouts they receive from their sponsors. As for work within the Russian Federation, it must be confessed that they still have hired employees, people on whom they have made bets. But they don't cover everyone. They are waiting, preparing for 2024, where they want to appear in all their glory, as they say. In the meantime, various methodologies are being worked out on how to do this. Well, they check personnel at such regional events, so that people show themselves. And they conduct this casting taking into account the specific practice of the acts of this or that individual or this or that, so to speak, structure that works within the framework of their general program to destabilize Russia.”With regard to the possible influence of the SVO on the election campaign, both participants in the press conference are in solidarity: there can be no emergency. Everything is strictly according to the law and according to the schedules of our social and political life. And the NWO has its own tasks, understandable to the whole world.Klimov said that today many citizens have learned to bypass blocking on the Internet. He knows this and takes it easy. Still, our people have become wiser. But there is a certain stratum of people who tend to trust more what our enemies write than what people tell them who wish well for them, their families, our state, our society.“Well, that's how life works. There are citizens of this kind in all countries and have been at all times,” the senator said with philosophical calmness.The influence on these persons is carried out with the help of acupressure.
