In her opening speech at the ceremony, which witnessed the honoring of 54 graduates and 63 female graduates, Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, Chairperson of the Qatar Leadership Center, said:

Today, we celebrate the graduation of the tenth batch of National Leadership Programs affiliates at the Qatar Leadership Center, Class of 2022, who have passed an exceptional year of acquiring leadership knowledge and skills within the three programs: governmental, future, and executive.
I am proud of the graduates of this distinguished group of Qatari professionals with high executive and management skills. Those who demonstrated academic excellence and commitment to enhancing their leadership skills and were keen to contribute to the transformation that our country is witnessing, to diversify the local economy and develop a knowledge-based economy.
I believe that this distinguished batch has unparalleled opportunities to advance their careers in the implementation of the Qatar National Vision 2030. From here, graduates will start with advanced visions and advanced management tools, and work to make the State of Qatar one of the best global destinations for doing business and economic activities. Investing in the capabilities of the people of Qatar with a long-term vision is what drives the development and growth that the country is witnessing.
Dear graduates and graduates
On the way, you will face many difficulties and challenges, but having confidence, knowledge and optimism will help you turn challenges into opportunities for your institutions and your country. Do not give in to the temptations of the usual easy work, but always be proactive, and accomplish everything that is a priority for your country.
And you know that achieving growth and improving performance will not be easy. Because you will face rapid changes in technology, in society, and in customer aspirations. There are challenges with which traditional treatments do not work, so innovative solutions must be found in accordance with the best modern management practices.
In 2010, when His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani initiated the establishment of the Qatar Leadership Center, he was aware of the importance of Qatar’s investment in its human resources, and you have witnessed for yourselves how a unified vision can contribute greatly to the progress of this country and the achievement of successive successes. When efforts unite, and ambitions combine with skills, we can achieve a lot.
Success is always in cooperation. Therefore, we must mention that our success today depends on our partners and supporters in the Qatar Leadership Center, especially: Their Excellencies the ministers, members of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Leadership Center, faculty members, representatives of partner universities, and the center’s employees.
I thank our graduates who are the reason we are here today, and I congratulate them and their families.
I remind them that every member of society should have a contribution to the development of his country, no matter how small the contribution.
I invite you to invest the knowledge, experience and skills you have acquired to contribute to achieving the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030. We are confident in the Qatari competencies that we depend on.
