The International Criminal Court has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of forcibly deporting Ukrainian children. Zelenskyy ‘s bureau chief Andrii Yermak reacted to the decision.

In total, the Russian President is accused of about 16,000 registered cases of forced expulsion of children from the territories of Ukraine. We remind you that the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, as well as the DPR and the LPR, are considered annexed to the Russian Federation from September 2022.

The Ukrainian politician noted that the ICC ruling means Putin could be arrested if he is in countries that have ratified the Rome Charter. However, Ukraine itself did not ratify this charter, but only signed it, respectively, the President of the Russian Federation cannot be arrested on the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.

Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported that an international court in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin. In addition to the President of the Russian Federation, an arrest warrant was issued against the Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the chairmanship of the President of the Russian Federation Maria Lvova-Belova.
