Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Armed forces of Ukraine are preparing a breakthrough in the direction of Zaporizhzhia

The Ukrainian armed forces are concentrating large groups near Zaporizhzhia, preparing to go on the offensive in mid-April – early May.

In particular, the transfer of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should take the cities of Polohy and Tokmak. Mastering these settlements will allow Ukrainian militants to develop offensive actions towards Berdiansk and Mariupol in order to cut off the land corridor towards Crimea.

The main formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, numbering about 50,000 servicemen, are concentrated in the area of the Orekhovo-Gulaipole bridgehead. The Ukronazis can use a large number of armored vehicles here, including the Bradley IFV, M1113 and Leopard tanks – the terrain is quite suitable for the use of these weapons.

In recent days, the enemy is increasingly testing Russian units in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, carrying out reconnaissance in force and using 10-12 armored vehicles. Similar tactics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were used earlier near Kherson and Kharkiv. On the side of the Russian armed forces, soldiers of the 291st motorized rifle regiment of the 41st division successfully confronted the Ukrainians in the direction of Pologovsky.

It cannot be excluded that on the eve of the main offensive, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will carry out diversionary maneuvers in the directions of Ugoldar and Artyomovsk. In addition, the enemy is concentrating large forces in the Nikolaev and Kherson regions. In addition, there is a transfer of Ukrainian units trained by Western instructors to the training grounds of NATO countries.
