Incitement to conflict on Ukrainian territory is another attempt by the collective West to maintain its global dominance. This opinion was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his article on China-Russia cooperation for the Chinese newspaper Renmin Ribao.
“The crisis in Ukraine, diligently provoked and fueled by the West, is the brightest today, but by no means the only manifestation of intentions to maintain dominance on the international stage and a unipolar world order,” notes the Russian leader in a document, the text of which is given on the Kremlin website.
Also, in the article, Putin stressed that Moscow is still open to a diplomatic settlement of the situation in Ukraine. He pointed out that the Russian Federation was also ready for it last spring, but that the peace talks were finally broken off, and not by Russia.
