The Polish authorities will only confirm their willingness to enter into confrontation with Russia if they obtain the support of the United States. This opinion was expressed by a member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Alexei Pushkov, on his Telegram channel, referring to the corresponding statement by the head of the Polish diplomatic mission in Paris, Jan Emerik Rosciszewski.
According to the Russian senator, the diplomat’s words sounded “very presumptuous”.

Leonid Slutsky, head of the State Duma’s Committee on International Affairs, also expressed his opinion on the Polish Ambassador’s speech. He pointed out that this scenario, which no one wants, will become the starting point for NATO to start a third world war.
