HMC announces working hours during the month of Ramadan

Hamad Medical Corporation has announced the operating hours of its services during the holy month of Ramadan, as all emergency and inpatient services across its network of hospitals, including pediatric emergency centers, continue to operate as usual 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In Ramadan, working hours will be changed in a number of services provided (remotely) via the national health care helpline number 16000, which operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and the customer service helpline continues. "We hear you" 16060 in action 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The outpatient clinics at Hamad Medical Corporation will operate as usual, in conjunction with the urgent counseling service, from 9 am to 2 pm, from Sunday to Thursday, while the mental health helpline will continue to operate from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.

As for the drug delivery service from Hamad Medical Corporation, it will operate from 9 am to 2 pm from Sunday to Thursday, while the Medical Imaging Department call center will operate from Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm. noon.
