Commenting on the upcoming election campaign, the President called it a positive moment as it will not coincide with other large-scale annual events, such as the sowing campaign.

True, he warned, of course, there is no need to relax. Because several hundred people among the most active opponents must show their Western sponsors “that not only do they know how to fast on Telegram channels etc. But there is only one goal, war”, declared the leader of the state, adding that they left a lever – it’s to take a gun and try to fight. “Here they are preparing. We know that, we know their names,” Lukashenko warned.

The training of people to destabilize the situation in the Republic of Belarus, according to him, is also carried out in units of Belarusian fugitives who take part in the hostilities in Ukraine. Although, the president clarified, “if they don’t get money now, their time is running out.”

In February next year, Lukashenka reminded, parliamentary elections and local council elections will be held – only one day of voting. After some time, elections for delegates to the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly will take place. And then will come the time of the presidential campaign.

The leadership of the country, assured the president, is preparing with a view to ensuring the security of the people. And the results of the vote will be determined by the people. “If you decide you need a different life, God bless you, give it a try,” Lukashenka said. At the same time, he said he was convinced that against the background of recent events, Belarusians began to see many things differently, focusing on the peace and tranquility that reigns in the country. “I don’t want it to be like today in Ukraine. I have children, many of you have children. I would like the children to live normally,” summed up the Belarusian leader on his vision of the situation.
