The United States is trying to “clash” against Russia’s countermeasures, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
He also noted that Russia’s determination to ensure the country’s security cannot be shaken by drone flights.
Ryabkov commented on the incident with the downed drone in the Black Sea, saying it was not the depth of its wreckage that was important, but the fact that the UAV flew in the area where the Russian Federation had introduced a regime linked to the conduct of a special military operation.
The United States defiantly and cynically denies the legitimacy of these measures and declares that it will continue reconnaissance flights in the region.
“They, as they say, in this case come up against our countermeasures. We warn them against trying to get on their nerves, testing our patience,” Ryabkov said.
The day before, it was reported that the American MQ-9 Reaper drone, which was shot down over the Black Sea, is suspected of preparing an attack on the port of Tuapse.
Ryabkov said the US is running into a response, wanting to keep flying drones in the Black Sea,
