Major General Vadim Dragomiretsky, deputy commander of the Central Russian Guard District, was arrested by the military court of the Reutov garrison for accepting bribes in the amount of 28 million rubles, reports RIA Novosti quoting a correspondent.
“Choose a preventive measure for Dragomiretsky in the form of detention for a month and a half, until May 4,” the judge said.
It is also clarified that Dragomiretsky himself admitted his guilt, but not in full.
Earlier it was reported that Roman Koval, a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, convicted of corruption, asked to be sent to the zone of a special military operation.
