Why did Hedgewar take Hindu society to the world which is succeeding: RSS

New Delhi: A senior Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) functionary on Wednesday said that the resolution taken by RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar 100 years ago for the self-respect of the Hindu community is being realised, but India is “one”. To fulfill the vision of Shreshtha Bharat, there is a need to bridge the gap between the community.

According to Vikram Samvat, senior functionary of the organization Narendra Kumar Thakur was addressing the program organized by Sanskar Bharti associated with RSS on the occasion of the beginning of Hindu New Year. On this occasion, he said that the Hindu society has to rise above the barriers of caste, language and region. Vikram Samvat is an ancient Hindu calendar used in the Indian subcontinent. Addressing the program, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur called upon the people to take pride in the glorious culture of the country on this occasion.
