We must extend the subsidy to housing and communal services and limit the share of these expenditures by citizens to 15% of their income.
Last year, the government raised tariffs twice, the reindexing from December 1 was 9%, but in reality the increase turned out to be much higher. Since the beginning of the year, fees have increased in the regions not only for utilities, but also for housing services, fees for major repairs and garbage collection have increased. As a result, the real growth of citizens’ payments for housing and communal services amounted to 20-30, and somewhere even 50%.
“In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a subsidy for housing and communal services is provided if the cost of housing and communal services exceeds 22% of the total family income.
