Arkhangelsk surfers showed decent results in the championship of Russia. The championship and championship of Russia in sailing in the class “winter windsurfing” are held these days in Novosibirsk.
Our athletes have a high degree of training, which is not surprising: a long winter with stable snow cover, as well as the icy expanse of the Northern Dvina, create excellent conditions for training.
Already at the start of the competition, athletes from the Arkhangelsk region demonstrated their skills and won eight medals. It should be noted that almost 40 athletes from 11 regions of the Russian Federation participate in the national championship. Pomorye boaters were able to dominate the rankings not only in their age group, but also among older and more experienced athletes.
