The Kursk District Court considered a criminal drug case.

A 44-year-old resident of the regional center, previously convicted on several occasions, has been charged.

The court established that in June last year, a Kuryan via Telegram asked a distributor for some of the drugs. He was presented with an assortment of potions. The man chose the required name and weight and transferred 2,700 rubles through a Qiwi wallet.

Then he was given the coordinates of the cache-bookmark with the merchandise. There, the accused found a package containing the narcotic N-methylephedron weighing at least 1.63 g.

“The Kuryanin partially admitted his guilt in court, without denying the fact of the illegal acquisition and storage of the drug, indicated that he disagreed with his weight, which the prosecution accuses him of (1.63 g), since he ordered 1 gram,” the source told the press service of the Kursk District Court.

This did not save the drug addict from punishment. He received 3 years 3 months in a strict regime colony.
