There are plans to create a specialized farm for rearing young cattle, rebuild calves and stables, and develop fodder areas.

On March 24, Governor Igor Rudenya held a joint meeting of the interdepartmental commissions of the government of the Tver region on land relations and on the development of the timber industry complex, forest relations. In particular, the issue of ensuring the implementation of a large investment project for the construction of a livestock complex of CJSC Kalininskoye and the development of the territory of the village of Zagorodny was considered.

According to the head of the region, the key direction today is the implementation of projects that allow the creation of new businesses and the expansion of existing ones, increase the competitiveness of Tver products and create new jobs.

Changes were made to the master plan of the Zagorodny settlement of the Mikhailovsky rural settlement of the Kalininsky district. At the meeting, the inclusion of new plots of land within the boundaries of the settlement was approved, where it is planned to create a specialized farm of CJSC Kalininskoye for breeding young cattle for 500 head, to rebuild calves and stables and place fodder sites.

Also at the meeting, decisions were made necessary for the formation of a western rope in the Tver region, connecting the federal highways M – 9, M – 10 and M – 11.

The implementation of the project will improve transport accessibility and the investment attractiveness of the territories around Lake Seliger.

Another issue was the leasing of plots of forest funds for the implementation of a tourism project in the Maksatikha district. It is planned to provide land with a total area of ​​1.8 hectares for the organization of an ecological trail at the Mokshitsy recreation center.
