The “Country – Theater – School” festival, organized by the Association of Musical Theaters of Russia with the help of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, began its work. As part of the exam, the activities of school amateur theaters are assessed. This year, the Primorsky Territory, as well as the Tula and Saratov regions, take part in the festival.
First, participants submit their works to the competition in digital form. The best 12 to 15 of them are selected to be screened in theaters or cultural centers in the aforementioned regions. At the final stage, 3-5 works remain, which are presented to the Moscow audience on the stage of the children’s theater.
The competition presents works of various genres – theater, ballet, plastic and musical performances. This time, the final scene will take place on May 14 and 15 at the Children’s Musical Theater. Natalia Sats and in the children’s musical theater of the young actor.
The aim of the show is to support the creative development of children – in addition to the direct possibility of going on stage, master classes will be offered to them, courses at the “School of Theater Bloggers”, in which young theater lovers will learn to present art information in a compelling and professional way on the Web.
And in the first days of April, the prize “Highlight of the season” will be awarded to the Theater Center “Na Strastnoy”.
