The Russian defense industry is growing at a very rapid pace

The Russian defense industry is growing at a very rapid pace. According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, our companies will produce three times more ammunition than Ukraine will receive from its Western partners. The head of state said this on the air of the Russia-24 television channel.

  • Russian production, the military-industrial complex of Russia is developing very rapidly. Such, that many did not expect, – said Putin.

He compared the production of weapons in the Russian Federation with the supply of ammunition from NATO countries to Ukraine. According to him, our enterprises by the time Kiev receives weapons will produce three times as many.

Vladimir Putin noted that today the Ukrainian armed forces use about five thousand shells a day. That’s about a third of what’s produced in the United States in a month. The Russian army, according to the president, “spends a lot more”. And now Moscow is only worried about deliveries of arsenals to Kiev as an attempt to prolong the conflict.

The Russian leader also gave explanations about the tanks. Western partners plan to send more than 400 pieces of equipment to Ukraine. During this time, more than 1,600 tanks will be produced and modernized in the Russian Federation, and the total number of such combat vehicles in the Russian army will exceed three times the number of tanks in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

  • I’m not talking about aviation. There, the difference is simply several times higher – by ten orders of magnitude,” stressed Vladimir Putin.

Earlier, “Regional Head” wrote that the Russian President announced the date of completion of the construction of a tactical nuclear weapons storage facility in Belarus.
