During the work on the creation of the national spatial data system, information on the cadastral value of land, determined during the state cadastral valuation (GKO), was recorded in the Unified Real Estate Register. The results of treasury bills were approved by Decree of the Government of Arkhangelsk region No. 22-pp of November 14, 2022 and Order No. 17 of the Department of Real Estate and Land Relations of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug from November 2, 2022. .
A total of 410,300 land plots were assessed on the territory of the Arkhangelsk region, 37,500 on the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, reports the official website of the authorities of the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Up-to-date information on the cadastral value of land can be obtained in the personal account of the right holder on the portal of public services of the Russian Federation or by requesting an extract on the cadastral value.
“As part of the creation of the National Spatial Data System, we are faced with the task of ensuring strict adherence to approved plans, in particular, to populate the USRN with complete and up-to-date information on real estate, including data and cadastral assessment,” commented the head of the Rosreestr regional department Alexey Churakov.

You can submit an application to any office of the multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services or send it by mail. You can also get information about the cadastral value of a property using the electronic services of Rosreestr or Roscadastre, the unified portal of public services (Gosuslugi).
