How to contact the police by telephone and via the Internet

The Ministry of Interior of the Tula region resembles the telephone numbers of emergency response services.

The police units on duty 24/7 will answer 02 if you call from a landline, and 102 and 112 if you call from a mobile phone.

From any telephone you can dial the direct numbers of the duty units, which are published on the websites of the territorial bodies of the interior.

There is also a free application from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, through which you can also report incidents. This application has a function of emergency call to the police, while the call will go to the nearest police station on duty.

Also, on the Internet, you can contact the police online through the “Receiving requests” tab on the website of the regional directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Also for citizens around the clock there is a “hotline” of the regional interior ministry – (4872) 32-22-85.
